No. The 30-day pass is provided courtesy of the partner salon.

What is a client onboard?

A client onboard is when a client starts a courtesy Skincentric Plus pass through your studio or salon QR code, code, or activation link.

What happens after 30 days?

The courtesy pass ends unless the client starts another eligible salon pass or chooses to continue with Skincentric directly.

What happens if we exceed the monthly onboard limit?

Additional client onboards are billed at $3 each on Studio and $2 each on Premium.

Can a solo esthetician use this?

Yes. Studio Partner is designed for independent beauty professionals and solo providers.
